Doug LeMaire, REALTOR® is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® (GVR). As a REALTOR® — a designation carrying trademark protection — Doug is bound by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice.

- Article 3 — Competent Service: REALTORS® shall render a skilled and conscientious service, in conformity with the standards of practice of their profession.
- Article 4 — Discovery of Facts: REALTORS® shall endeavor to discover facts pertaining to every property they list or for which they act.
- Article 7 — Advertising: Advertising shall be honest and truthful. Doug's licensee identification, brokerage, and CREA trademark notices appear on every page of this website.
- Article 16 — Respect for other REALTORS®' clients: A REALTOR® shall not solicit a buyer or seller who is currently under a written service agreement with another REALTOR®. If you have signed a buyer's agency agreement with another REALTOR®, the Buyer Intake form on this site is blocked from submission (see the checkbox on the Buyer form).
- Article 17 — Cooperation between REALTORS®: REALTORS® must cooperate on transactions in a manner consistent with client interests.
