Doogie Voice / Doogie Visual — Data Flow

The Doogie chat and voice interface (including the "Doogie Visual" concept at /visual-agent-demo) operates strictly within the following compliance boundary:

Text chat — messages sent to /api/doogie/chat are PII-redacted (SIN, credit card, phone, email, postal code, street address are scrubbed) before storage and are automatically purged after 30 days.
Scripted voice mode — no microphone is opened; no audio ever leaves your browser.
Live voice mode — before your first recording a PIPA §7/§14 disclosure gate appears explaining that your browser's speech-recognition provider (Google in Chrome/Edge, Apple in Safari) transcribes your audio (a cross-border transfer outside Canada). Only the resulting text is sent to EZtoFind and treated identically to text chat above. Audio is never stored by EZtoFind.
Not a listing — no listings, offers, contracts, or agency relationships are formed via Doogie under the Real Estate Services Act (RESA). Any actionable step (viewing, offer, contract, valuation) is handled by Doug LeMaire, REALTOR® personally.
MLS® data — active BC listings and virtual-tour URLs shown by Doogie are licensed from CREA DDF®, refreshed every 4 hours, and never redistributed beyond the immediate response.
